Typical set of plans includes:
Elevations include all the info for your homes
exterior. A typical elevation view will show the
roof type slope and overhangs, exterior finishes
such as stucco, stone or siding and heights and
types of windows.
The Floor plan is a highly detail page with all the
info about the layout of your home. Along with
all the standard requirements, we also include
additional info such as plant shelves, cabinetry,
special considerations for openings and built-
ins. Our plans accurately define all the spaces
and any additional info necessary for your builder
to understand your design expectations.
The Foundation plan includes the type, size and
reinforcement of the footings and slab for your
home. Our plans include vertical reinforcement
locations and any in slab requirements. For
residential plans the foundation plan is also the
plumbing plan. The plan includes the location of
all plumbing fixtures.
The Electric Plan shows all of the outlets and
electric fixtures. Our plans are designed to
latest local and NEC codes.
Once we have completed the design and
Elevations we forward the plan to a truss Mfr
who provides an engineered truss design
based on the wind load requirements of the site
location. At this time the truss Mfr will also
give you a bid based on your design.
